Paying a high monthly membership fee plus an annual gym fee plus a club fee. Welcome to DAC. Having thousands of square feet of gym with no duplication of the heavily used equipment so everyone has to fight over it. Welcome to DAC. Lovely toxic people visiting the gym who "claim" an entire row of machines for their private workout. Welcome to DAC. Unless you just really need the pool access, you can find what you need at competing gyms for much cheaper. Want to use the good treadmills, the assault bikes, or the rowing machines? Its situated in the auxiliary room right next to the overly loud group fitness group. Have fun with that.

DAC is a great facility for working out, swimming, or doing the many available classes. I really enjoy Khaleah's zumba class and my kids love to swim in the pools. I don't interact with the staff much but on occasion, they're polite and helpful.

The manager do not care, just want your money! I also just looked up BBB, my underage kid is not the only one who was allowed to sign up for membership without proper parent consent and they don’t care to fix the problem. Cause they want to prey on those who have no clue about contracts and don’t even have jobs! Definitely not a family/community friendly gym.

I would not have signed up for this gym two years ago had I known that there were going to be multiple hoops I had to jump through to get to cancel it when I stopped going. You have to cancel online, and the point is to make you pay dues for the next month, despite cancelling not even 5 days after your payment was initially due, because the cancellation can take up to 30 days. Yet, I still have access to the gym for the next 30 days. No one should be locked in to paying for an entire month's worth of a service they're trying to cancel. I like this facility, but I do not like the practice of charging for every single thing and having gym-goers pay for months they won't even be at the gym.

The manager named Chris is extremely rude. I called to complain because the sauna has not worked properly in weeks. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience he said the sauna would be inoperable for at least two more weeks and that he would call billing and cancel my membership. Then he hung up on me before I could respond.

The DAC is the best gym in town! The staff is great, the gym is well maintained and clean, and the coaches know their stuff!

Best thing I did was sign up for semi private training! I get a text the day before to remind me of my appointment time and who I’m training with. Gene signed me up and I had a appointment the next day. I work with Landen 3 days a week and DeVoe 1 day a week. Both are amazing at what they do and make you put in the work while keeping it fun. They work with my work schedule too so I really appreciate that. Don’t think about it, just do it!! Worth every penny!
